Your privacy is very important to SKINCARE by ES. We therefore adhere to the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do at the webshop https://www.skincarebyes.com with information that we learn about you.

Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at info@skincarebyes.com and we will delete this information.

Processing order

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it properly. We may then give your personal data to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank.

For this we use your payment details, name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We need these to fulfill your order correctly. We keep this information until your order has been completed and seven years afterwards (that is the legal retention obligation). Address details are passed on to PostNL and bank details to Mollie B.V.

You can ask us questions or make requests via the contact form.

For this we use your e-mail address, IP address and name and address details. We need this to answer your question and to communicate to you. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

Disclosure to other companies or institutions

With the exception of the aforementioned partners, we will under no circumstances give your personal data to other companies or institutions, except if we are legally obliged to do so (for example if the police requires this when a crime is suspected).

Social media buttons are included in our webshop. The administrators of these services use this to collect your personal data.

This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@skincarebyes.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Make sure you always clearly indicate who you are, so that we can be sure that we do not modify or delete data from the wrong person.
