Returns

At SKINCARE by ES it is possible to return your order within 14 days of receipt. You have the right to cancel your order and return it within our 14 day return period. The packages must not be opened. The costs of the return shipment will not be reimbursed by us.

Note:
• We cannot return open and / or already used items.

Requirements for return:
• Inform us of the return by sending an email to info@skincarebyes.com.
   State your name, order number and the product (s) you want to return.
• The items are undamaged, not used and provided with original packaging.
• Invoice slip has been added (if not included, we cannot process the return). The invoice slip is also the order form.
• The costs of returning are for your own account.
• It is possible to return a maximum of two orders in one package. It is important that the correct invoices are added to this package and that both returns are returned to us within 14 days.

We will then reply to you with the return address where you can send the package.

Note:

We recommend that you insure returns because you are legally obliged to take care of the items and because you will be held responsible for all damage to the items until we have them returned. This is also a check whether your return has arrived at us properly. We only send a message once we have processed the return. Keep your track and trace code.

Once you have returned the package, it takes a maximum of 10 working days before we have received and processed your return. As soon as your return has been processed with us, you will receive an email with further information about your refund. We do not send a message upon receipt of the package. If you have not received a message from us after 15 working days, we recommend that you contact our customer service.
